In application of Law No. 02-01, particularly its Articles 51 and 52, the CREG examined the development plan for the gas transmission network for the period 2019-2028, submitted on January 5, 2020, by the Gas Transmission Network Manager (ORTO).
Decision D/24-18/CD of July 2, 2018, approving the planning procedure for the gas transmission network
The purpose of this decision is to approve, in accordance with the provisions of Law 02-01 of February 5, 2002, concerning electricity and gas distribution by pipelines, the planning procedure for the gas transmission network.
Decision D/16-18/CD of June 27, 2018, setting the procedure for monitoring the service quality of the gas transmission network
Article 2 of Executive Decree No. 06-431, which sets the technical rules for the design, operation, and maintenance of the gas transmission network, stipulates that the service quality must be verified through parameters determined, validated by the regulatory commission, and updated annually.
