Executive Decree No. 10-95, promulgated on 1st Rabie Ethani 1431 (corresponding to March 17, 2010), establishes the economic rules concerning connection fees to electricity and gas networks, as well as the necessary actions to meet customer demands for energy supply. This decree aims to regulate the procedures and costs associated with connecting new customers to Algeria’s electricity and gas distribution infrastructure.
