Principal Duties:
The Director of Communication and External Relations is responsible for designing and implementing the communication policy of (CREG), as well as for deploying international cooperation activities. In this capacity, he/she shall be
- Responsible, in particular, for Developing and implementing the Commission’s communication strategy;
- Promoting the image and reputation of the Commission and enhancing its visibility at both national and international levels;
- Designing and implementing communication programs aimed at raising public awareness of the Commission’s activities;
- Ensuring a regular and effective presence on social media platforms and publishing appropriate content;
- Producing, editing, and distributing brochures, publications, and all types of audiovisual and electronic communication materials intended for the media and the general public;
- Managing and updating the Commission’s website;
- Organizing and coordinating external events, including press conferences, seminars, and professional exhibitions, in coordination with the relevant departments of the Commission;
- Participating in cooperation projects with national and international counterpart institutions;
- Receiving delegations from national and international institutions within the framework of experience-sharing and the development of cooperation projects.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong drafting abilities, and the capacity to interact with high-level stakeholders;
- Proficiency in various forms of communication (internal, external, institutional, etc.);
- Full proficiency in Arabic, French, and English.
Candidate Profile:
- University degree in Information and Communication Sciences, Marketing, or a related field;
- A minimum of five (05) years of professional experience in the field of communication;
- Additional training in communication techniques and tools
